Terms and Conditions
Grazing Boxes and Grazing tables or spreads, Crudites and all other product and services provided by grazeCrazedca, Terms and conditions. Two styling options are Flat-Lay or Displayware set. (A refundable equipment rental payment is required for display ware.)
Tables are not provided. Client provides the tabletop space for graze table. We require a flat, stable surface preferble one with a height of 30" or lower. All boards, stands tiers, platters, plates and trays displaying food are a styling option.
Cancellations & Refund Policy.
Cancellations of grazing tables or charcuterie box deliveries must be communicated within 7 days of the original booking date/time. If cancellation is not made with in the above timeline the booking method of payment, i.e., credit or debit card charges, will incur the full fee of the box.
Cancellations and changes of grazing or charcuterie tables and boards and crudités orders, that of a large order for 15 or more people, must be communicated within 14 days of the original booking date/time. If cancellation and any change request of the order is not made with in the above timeline the booking method of payment, i.e., credit or debit card charges, will incur the full fee of the food cost and services.
Additional Guests
Request for additional food items to accommodate additional people, or for any other reason, must be communicated to grazeCrazedca 7 days prior to booked date/time. If requests are not communicated to grazecrazedca with in the timeline above additional food items will not be provided. Additions that are not communicated to grazeCrazedca within 7 days prior to the booked date/time, agree to the accrued fees, due to the change in food quantity, which will be added to the balance that is due two prior to delivery of product (s) and/ or staff’s onsite set up and Chef services.
Maintenance of equipment
All grazeCrazedca equipment provided with services, we ask that they be wiped clean and ready for pick up at a time convenient for both parties when applicable.
Payment
There is a required deposit for all orders.
All grazing products and services and their balances are required to be paid in full three days prior to delivery of product (s) and prior to staff’s onsite set up. The complete payment for the refundable display ware fee is required seven (7) days prior to your event.
